On this website you can find out more about our proposals to redevelop the former timber yard on Keith Grove to produce six mews houses alongside the sensitive refurbishment of the existing brick-built warehouse to create three new apartments.
We have held consultation events for residents to take part and find out more. You can now watch the recordings.
The proposals will be a comprehensive redevelopment of the site to build six mews houses within a traditional terrace and of a high-quality design. The sensitive refurbishment and conversion of the existing Victorian brick-built warehouse will create three new apartments which will open onto an open space, and accessed via the mews.
The proposed layout sees kitchen, utility, dining and living spaces on the ground floor, with bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor provides the potential for either a master bedroom suite, or a large living space. Private amenity space is provided both at the ground floor and on the second floor terraces.
